• The four corners of your vehicle
• Your current mileage
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• The windshield and inside door jams
• The damage to your vehicle

Step 3. Upon Our Receipt Of Your Request…

• Heiser’s Collision Center Manager will call you directly within 1 hour
• We will provide you an estimated repair cost and time frame
• Your insurance form is filled out and insurance company is contacted
• We collect payment whether through your insurance company or direct pay
